The IT jobs industry’s got a fever, and it is partially because of COVID.

Join us for our first meeting of the year! We’re joined by Bellarmine University’s CIO Eric Satterly, Mirazon’s CEO Karen Albers, and an Amazon recruiter Lindsay O’Neil for a lively discussion about IT hiring and career development — the current landscape, hiring practices, navigating the job market, what employers are looking for, etc.
Bring your questions!
Please register and sign in with a recognizable name so we can add you to the drawing for this month’s prize, Lego’s BMW M 1000 RR Technic kit (https://www.lego.com/en-us/product/bmw-m-1000-rr-42130) **or kit of equal or lesser value pending availability and winner’s choice**

About the Presenters

Karen Albers

Mirazon

Partner & Co-Founder

Karen Albers is a Partner and Co-Founder at Mirazon, a Louisville-based IT consulting company. She performs a variety of duties including technical staff coordinator, referee, professional Nerf gun trainer, and other technical duties that keep the office running smoothly, but more importantly, happy. She not only helps to set the professional standards, but also pushes all of her employees to exceed them, and have fun doing it.
On any given day, Karen may be performing technical duties, managing and speaking with clients, and walking her dog around the office to greet everyone – a day in the life of a Mirazon Partner and Co-Founder is varied. She is a frim believer that flying monkeys, Nerf guns, and a sofa are important parts of the company culture. She knows that commitment and customer service are what set Mirazon apart, both professionally and culturally.
